What is in industrial wastewater?
This includes organic matter, inorganic (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, copper, lead, nickel, and zinc), pathogens, and nutrients (most notably nitrogen and phosphorus). The treated wastewater can then be safely discharged into water bodies, applied to land, or even reused in plant operations.

Many of these plants discharge wastewater with significant levels of metals such as lead, mercury, cadmium and chromium, as well as arsenic, selenium, and nitrogen compounds (nitrates and nitrites)

Wastewater from industrial food processing often requires on-site treatment before it can be discharged to prevent or reduce sewer surcharge fees. The type of industry and specific operational practices determine what types of wastewater is generated and what type of treatment is required.

1- The stainless steel shell of the cartridge is covered in nano silver particles for water disinfection. The Natural way! 

2- On the shell of the filter cartridge is a special stainless steel spiral micro wire that is wounded around the frame multiple times. 

3- The stainless steel spiral micro wire is thinner than a human hair. The distance between the micro wire pores are 0.2-0.3 micron. 

4- Water that enters the filter under pressure passes through between the spiral micro wire pores and impurities don’t pass and get flushed out by the drain valve. 



5- The self auto oscillations in the spiral micro-wire arise from hydrodynamic processes in turbulent vortex flow. 

6- Due to the vortex vibration of the spiral micro wire impurities cannot stick to the filter element and drop down vertically for flushing. 

7- Once pure water passes into the filter cartridge it passes a multi polar magnetic unit that is mixed with amber and rhinestone crystals for structured H302 live water with perfect balanced ph. 

8- Impurities accumulate at the bottom of the flask . Flushing of the filter can be done manually or with electric auto flushing device.
